Lunch w/ Katie :)

Friday’s are really our yoga day. I work in a research lab from 9-12pm on Friday’s and then head over to hang out with Katie and prepare for her Advanced Yoga Styles class at 4pm. Well, today I joined Katie for lunch, best decision I made all day!


Salad: Purple Cabbage, cucumber, tomato, carrots, and (Katie’s fav) Organic girl super greens mix, avocado

Stir Fry: Olive oil, fresh garlic, asparagus, purple onion, mushrooms,

Tofu: drained extra firm tofu (squeeze out all the liquid!), black pepper, dried basil

Condiments: We both held off on a dressing but added a kick of flavor with some local salsa
