Energizing Morning Juice


This amazing, fresh, tart juice is perfect for before your morning workout or yoga class. It is nutrient dense and packed with vitamin C, K, and A and has 5 grams of protein. For added benefits, this juice will pair well with an organic granola and almond milk mix. One with whole grains, seeds and nuts. The Vitamin C in the juice will help your body absorb the iron in the cereal.

Juice Recipe:

2 cups organic Spinach (hit up the farmers market)
2 whole limes
1 whole lemon
1 whole orange
